This lime is produced in a D-shaped, dual shaft, parallel flow regenerative kiln that was built and engineered by the world’s top supplier of lime kilns and uses PURE NATURAL GAS as a FEUL. These are among the most effective kilns available, guaranteeing consistent quality and production continuity.
In order to guarantee that the product is supplied to our customers in the precise quality that they have requested, we at Veer Enterprises make sure that our materials are put through a rigorous testing process before the product is shipped.
THE PRODUCT:
Calcium carbonate (CaCO3)-containing limestone undergoes heat breakdown to produce quick lime. The material is heated to more than 825 °C in a lime kiln. Quick Lime is left behind when carbon dioxide (CO2) is released.
